All wine tour guests must be 21 years of age or older.

Wine tasting fees are not included in transportation fees.

Our SUV comfortably accommodates up to six (6) passengers, making it a perfect choice for couples, families and small groups looking to explore Napa Valley together.

Our transportation services start at $110-$135 per hour, depending on the service requested and itinerary. We require a 6-hour minimum on all wine tours.

To ensure a seamless, all-inclusive experience, an automatic 20% chauffeur gratuity is included with every reservation.

Please note that fuel surcharge also applies and is determined based on your pick-up location. All applicable charges will be included in your personalized quote before booking, so you can reserve with confidence knowing there are no hidden fees.

All transportation services must be reserved in advance. To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at the completion of your service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled service.

Reservations canceled within seven (7) days of the scheduled service are subject to a 100% cancellation fee, and the deposit will be forfeited.

We take great pride in maintaining our vehicles. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their service. Any excessive cleaning or repairs, including but not limited to vomiting, will result in a minimum $1,000 cleaning fee and/or repair fee, with additional charges if repair costs exceed this amount.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

For the safety of all passengers, all guests must wear seat belts while the vehicle is in motion. Signature Wine Tours reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if passenger behavior is deemed unsafe, illegal, or poses a risk to the driver, vehicle, or other guests.
